First Annual Carl Diener Memorial Cup
Carl Diener was a beloved member of the YMCA family and Arlington community. After opening the Tennis Center doors every morning for seven years, his sudden death on December 29th was a tragic loss for his family, friends and co-workers.
To honor his love of tennis and commitment to the community, his family hopes to nurture this spirit by giving Arlington youths the opportunity to grow by participating in the tennis programs of the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington. Proceeds from this event will support the Carl Diener Tennis Scholarship Fund.
