This family-centered facility features a fitness center containing the latest in cardiovascular and strength training exercise equipment. Members will enjoy amenities such as the computerized FitnessAdvisor system that tracks your fitness goals and progress, plus steam room, sauna, and massage service. Parents will find our free Child Watch "drop-in" service for children from 6 months to 8 years old most convenient.
