In order for our group exercise instructors to continue to serve you with the latest workouts, we will be doing instructor training on Saturday, July 26th. Below is a modified schedule to accommodate.

New Class Alert: Lebarre
At YMCA Bethesda, we have the latest and greatest workouts to help you restart or recharge your workout. On April 1st, the hugely popular program LeBarre will be a permanent fixture on our group exercise schedule! Inspired by dance conditioning, ballet barre, and progressive training, this is a challenging full-body workout. This class will be offered every Tuesday at 6pm!
