Swim lessons not only keep kids safe in the water, they can also be the first step in building confidence, social skills and healthy living. We are excited to learn your child wants to swim! Through the generosity of Shannon’s Fund, a scholarship opportunity named in memory of Shannon Hawkins (one of our beloved aquatics instructors), we are able to provide free swim lessons for youth and teens between the ages of 6 and 17. In order to qualify for the funds, recipients must have little to no swimming skills and demonstrate a financial need.
This class will utilize different types of training, from body weight & boxing-style exercises to boot camp & athletic-style exercises, in order to improve your body's function as one unit. It is intense and effective for all who put in 100%. If you are ready to take yourself mentally and physically to the next level, all you have to do is show up. Give your all, and gain your all.
