YMCA Alexandria will hold its second annual Healthy Happy Dog Day on September 19. This FREE event will feature obstacle courses, health tips and adoption information.

Other highlights include:

- Raffles for free microchip

- Dog adoptions and demonstrations by Dog Rescue League

- Competitions for best tricks, longest tail,  best "fur-do", etc.

- Agility obstacle courses and fly ball games

- Dancing dog show

- Nutrition information from local pet stores

- Free health consultation and dental advice from local veterinarians
