"For 160 years, the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington has remained a vital support system, offering programs and services that have made our region a great place to learn, grow and thrive. The power and distinctiveness of this organization is that it serves people throughout the continuum of life. Whether as a member, volunteer, or avid supporter, when you are involved with the Y in any way, you are helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds support their health and wellness even in the most challenging circumstances. We all face times when we are down on our luck and need a helping hand… we ask you to extend yours.

This is your opportunity to transform a life by nurturing the well-being of those who find themselves in trying times. Your donation will not only provide local children, adults, and families access to our programs and services, it will give them an experience they can hold close to their hearts. Individuals all around you will be able have access to mentoring and counseling services, go to camp, and learn how to make the healthy choice the easy choice. Every little bit makes a difference! With your help, we can see to it that everyone has the opportunity to explore new interests, take control of their health, and build deeper relationships."
-Mike Repass, Board Chair, YMCA of Metropolitan Washington
