Our leagues stress sportsmanship, fun, equal participation, as well as, skill and character development. All participants receive a uniform and participation award. Improve your baseball skills at the YMCA. Participants will work on catching, throwing, hitting and running the bases. Everyone is encouraged to play regardless of your skill level. Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic gymnastics is a combination of intricate dance moves, acrobatics, jumps, and turns. Rhythmic gymnasts execute skills choreographed to music while using a ball, clubs, a rope, a ribbon, and a hoop. They learn to perform controlled body movements demonstrating flexibility, strength, balance, and grace.
