Group Exercise Classes 

The YMCA offers a variety of classes to help you achieve better health, manage stress and lift your spirits. We offer aerobic, non-aerobic, strengthening and mind/body wellness classes to accommodate all your needs.

Aerobic (Cardiovascular) classes include:
