That's why we offer programs that seek to strengthen that connection using time-honored and traditional methods from around the world. We offer alternative activities which have been around for ages like Tai Chi and Yoga, martial arts training in disciplines like Tae Kwon Do, and the flexibile toning system of Pilates.
