Mind and Body Wellness
As a cornerstone of the YMCA's goals and mission, all programs and services are designed to encourage the development of strong bodies, sound minds, and healthy spirirts. We've known about the connection between the mind and body since we first began in 1852. That's why we offer programs that seek to strengthen that connection using time-honored and traditional methods from around the world. We offer alternative activities which have been around for ages like Tai Chi and Yoga, martial arts training in disciplines like Tae Kwon Do, and the flexibile toning system of Pilates.

Group Exercise Classes
The YMCA offers a variety of classes to help you achieve better health, manage stress and lift your spirits. We offer aerobic, non-aerobic, strengthening and mind/body wellness classes to accommodate all your needs.
Personal Training
When you sign up for personal training at the YMCA, you'll be matched with the trainer who's right for you. Recovering from an injury? Get a trainer with physical therapy experience. Battling weight gain? Meet the person who will motivate you to stay on track. Suffering from arthritis? Your trainer will know just what to do to keep your workout pain free.
