National Capital Triathlon Training Club

The YMCA National Capital Triathlon Team ("YTri") offers a 19-week training program for new triathletes training for their first race and for experienced triathletes who want to benefit from excellent coaching and group training activity. The program provides early morning coached swimming, biking and running sessions (from 6 to 8am) at the Y, with weekend outdoor group training activities.
