BodyJam

BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55 minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center, and get high on the feeling of dance.

Boot Camp

The class will utilize different types of training, from body weight & boxing-style exercises to boot camp & athletic-style exercises, in order to improve your body’s function as one unit. It is intense and effective for all who put in 100%. If you are ready to take yourself mentally and physically to the next level, all you have to do is show up. Give your all, and gain your all.

Dance & Step Aerobics

Dance and Step Aerobics are moderate intensity cardiovascular workouts. Some classes are dance-based, borrowing steps and music from popular styles such as Latin, disco, hip-hop, jazz, Caribbean, and more. Step classes use an adjustable height platform in the choreography. You don’t have to be well coordinated to do any of the dance steps. The emphasis is on having fun while getting fit.

Hi-Lo Aerobics

This is a great workout, including muscle toning and flexibility. Hi-lo includes both high and low impact conditioning.

This class offers dancers and non-dancers the opportunity to stretch, condition and experience what it is to move in space both technically and creatively. High energy combinations stimulate the heart rate as well as the mind!

This class emphasizes cardio and strength conditioning through traditional and cardio kickboxing moves. Specific drills are included to improve hand-eye coordination and overall performance.

A strong cardiovascular workout minimizing lower body impact followed by a short muscle-toning segment. Bar, bells, benches: This class includes a morning boot camp style routine using a mix of equipment. Segments of cardio will keep members up and moving with the beat of the music.
