Shotokan Karate

Martial arts as a form of self-defense, philosophy and physical conditioning with an emphasis on reflex development, timing, eye-hand coordination, balance and a sense of well-being. These martial arts classes teach the basic stances, covers, kicks, and punches of Kenpo and Shotokan Karate. Benefits of karate include strength, flexibility, self-confidence, concentration, self-awareness, improved physical fitness, and more. Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. To do tai chi, you perform a series of postures or movements in a slow, graceful manner. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
