This program is designed to provide the support, the tools and encouragement that is necessary to achieve your weight loss goals through a friendly and non-competitive atmosphere. Groups consist of 3-5 participants assigned as a TEAM. Each Team is assigned to a personal trainer and over the course of six weeks you will be coached and educated on healthy lifestyle modifications that will help you reach your weight loss goals.
