Recreational II

The Recreational II class is for children who have mastered the Recreational I skills list for floor, bars, beam, and vault and have been evaluated by a lead teacher of the Recreational II classes.  During the class, gymnasts focus more on increasing strength and flexibility and learn more challenging gymnastics skills including walkovers and handsprings on floor; mill circles, glides, and dismounts on bars; and split jumps, cartwheels, and dismounts on beam.
