TEEN SWIM LESSONS

Teen 1

A beginner class for teens who have not had swimming lessons before or who are not comfortable in the water. Teens will learn basic water skills in a relaxed, fun environment.

Teen Competitive Technique

Advanced teens with swimming skills are placed in this level. They work to perfect their stroke technique and endurance in front and back crawl strokes, side stroke, breast stroke, and elementary back stroke. Participants must be able to swim 8 lengths continuously. This class offers swim team designed workouts and builds endurance and strength.

Teen III

For teens comfortable in deep water who want to improve their form and learn new strokes.

Teen level 1

Beginner class for teens who have fear of the water or have never taken a swim lesson. Participants will learn skills such as water ajustment, kicking and arm strokes.

Teen level 2

An intermediate class for teens who can swim the lenth of the pool with their faces in the water, participants will refine their swimming skills.
