GLOBALL AT YMCA ARLINGTON TENNIS & PICKLEBALL CENTER
PLAY WITH THE PROS
Play with the Pros, was an open-play format that took place across all 14 courts at YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase on Tuesday, August 8th and gave participants the opportunity to get out on the court with Riley Newman and the Kawamoto sisters. This event raised funds for our YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase Pickleball Capital Campaign.
BEN & COLLIN JOHNS EXHIBITION
The YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase hosted a day of Pickleball featuring the #1 pickleball player and doubles team in the world, Ben and Collin Johns, on Monday, June 7th. The day’s events included a round-robin, clinic, and exhibition led by the best players in the world, supported by YMCA’s Pickleball Director, Sonny Tannan. With over 300 people in attendance, the Y was able to provide a memorable experience to members and the local Pickleball community.
