Pickleball for Parkinson’s

An evidence-informed YMCA physical activity program designed to improve coordination, balance, and well-being for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.

Program Overview:

Pickleball for Parkinson’s combines movement, skill-building, and social engagement in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Led by Parkinson’s-trained instructors and certified pickleball coaches, this 6-week program helps participants move with confidence and joy.

Thursdays (2-4pm) 2/5-3/12 – Register Today! 

Participants: 6–10 per class

No, through support from the Parkinson’s Foundation, the Pickleball for Parkinson’s classes are free for patients and caregivers.

No, this class is open to the entire community, regardless of YMCA membership.
