Pickleball for Parkinson’s combines movement, skill-building, and social engagement in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Led by Parkinson’s-trained instructors and certified pickleball coaches, this 6-week program helps participants move with confidence and joy.

The program is offered in 6-week sessions, meeting on the same day and time each week.

Each class is limited to 8 participants to ensure a supportive and personalized experience. Sessions are led by two certified YMCA Pickleball coaches, creating a safe, welcoming environment focused on movement, confidence, and fun.

No, this class is open to the entire community, regardless of YMCA membership.
