Our School and Community-Based Youth Service/Bridge to Wellness program provides Montgomery County families with:
- Counseling and crisis intervention for children and their families
- Therapeutic support from licensed mental health professionals at no cost
- School and community-based mental health and wellness promotion, prevention and intervention services
- Case management
- Family support
- Parenting skills workshops
