BOBBI OSHIRO

Bobbi was born and raised on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. She picked up numerous sports when she was younger that included soccer, swimming, gymnastics, and tennis. Ultimately, she decided to focus solely on tennis by dedicating time to travel for practice and tournaments, all the while attending private school. All the hard work eventually landed her in Boise, ID where she played tennis for Boise State University. After graduating, she began coaching tennis and working with high-performance juniors aspiring to become college and world-class players for five years. In 2020, she picked up the sport of pickleball and was instantly hooked. Oshiro played in her first tournament at 5.0 and then played in her first pro tournament the following summer of 2021. Pickleball has provided Bobbi with numerous opportunities and a passion to still be able to compete at a high level.
