The YMCA welcomes those of all ages and backgrounds, and supports everyone on their wellness journey.  All of our facilities and programs are designed to help you meet your goals.

  • Want to burn calories and get your heart rate up?  Check out our Les Mills GRIT®, Spin, Zumba, or Cardio Kickboxing classes.  They’re a great way to add energy to your day!
  • Interested in building muscle? Join us for Les Mills Bodypump™, Bootcamp, and H.I.I.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training).  Strength training is a fantastic way for everyone to maintain bone and muscle health.
  • Feel the need to get centered, and work on core strength?  Visit us for aerial yoga, pilates, power Vinyasa, and meditation classes.  With both physical and mental health benefits, these classes help improve focus and build a positive outlook while improving strength, balance, range of motion, and pain management.
  • Group classes allow members to make new friends and have fun while gaining strength, endurance and energy. Our skilled and certified instructors provide a welcoming, supportive environment suitable for all abilities. 
  • Want to work out solo?  The YMCA offers rows and rows of top of the line cardio and weight machines, as well as classic free weights for old-school pumping iron.
  • For those who prefer a more personalized approach, or want some help changing up their old routine,  we also provide one-on-one personal training sessions. Our certified trainers will collaborate with you to create an individualized workout plan that caters to your specific goals and fitness level. They will guide and motivate you to stay on track so you achieve your goals. 
  • Need to unwind after an intense workout? We have you covered. Our locker rooms are equipped with steam rooms, saunas, showers, towel service, and a lounge.
